It has been 22 years since the release of their debut album 'Onka's Big Moka’, which sold over two million copies and remained in the Top 5 of the UK album chart for over six months earning them 4 Brit Award nominations. The album featured a string of top 20 singles including the global hit ‘Dancing In The Moonlight’, which spent over a year in European Airplay Charts, and the critically acclaimed fans favourite ‘Achilles Heel’.

In recent years Toploader have enjoyed radio success with tracks such as ‘A Balance To All Things’,‘This Is The Night’, ’Roll With The Punches’ and ‘Never Stop Wondering’ and have gained a reputation as the ultimate crowd-pleasing live band.

Toploader has supported the likes of Paul Weller, Robbie Williams, Noel Gallagher, Counting Crows, Simple Minds and Bon Jovi, where they became the last British band to play the original Wembley Stadium. They have also appeared at a host of major festivals including Glastonbury, V-Festival and Reading.

Atlas Botanic are sweeping their way across the North-West with a unique blend of thrilling sax solos, electrifying vocals and captivating synth and guitar riffs. It’s what the band call, “Saxophone Wielding New Wave Rock”

They take influence from a blend of classic icons such as Bruce Springsteen & Phil Collins and masterfully combine them with the contemporary sounds of Fontaines D.C. & Arctic Monkeys. Through an alluring vocal performance and magnetising instrumentation, the band bring a cinematic flare to their work. The music is both a callback to classic John Hughes films of the 80s, yet will alway bringing something new to the table, setting them apart from many other rock and indie acts. Having released their anthemic first single in May of 2024 ‘I Can’t Sleep’ and following this with the release of their bewitching second single ‘Armchair in the Blue Lagoon’, they have proven their scope of creativity and intent to expand beyond this further still.
