Toots Hibbert's Birthday Party

In 2024, Toots Hibbert would have been turning 82 years of age. In celebration of one of the most iconic reggae musicians of all time, AGMP Concerts are presenting a special one-off night in dedication to Frederick Nathaniel 'Toots' Hibbert with a live performance from The Pressure Drops, under the musical direction of Ciyo Brown.

Toots Hibbert was the singer and songwriter for Jamaican reggae & ska group Toots and the Maytals. Formed in 1961, the group became one of the most popular groups in Jamaica in the 1960's before breaking into Europe in 1970. Toots sadly passed away in 2020.

The Pressure Drops will be performing live hits and fan favourites from the Toots and the Maytals back catalogue such as 54-46 Was My Number, Pressure Drop, Do The Reggay, Funky Kingston, Monkey Man, Country Road, Broadway Jungle, Bam Bam, Reggae Got Soul, Night And Day, Sweet And Dandy, Louie Louie, Time Tough, Pomps & Pride and many more.
