SHALLOW

Shallow wear their influences on their sleeve in a song straight out of the 90s grunge pantheon. In their three-piece rock aesthetic Shallow echo Nirvana in their quiet-loud-quiet structure, the discordant drawls of the electric guitar non-solo, the apathetic lyrics, in the whack-at-full-tilt drums, the Rat distortion guitar and hammered bass, and they’ve put together a track on the heavier end of the genre’s spectrum that fizzles with angst.

THE AGENCY...

“It would be easy to compare them to Nick Cave or the Tindersticks, but there’s more to them than that.” - Steve Lamacq, BBC 6 Music.

SNAKES WITH TITS

Snakes With Tits are a Radgewave Mamgaze Rock band based in the North East of England, known for their dynamism between spaced out, reverb drenched guitar, thumping bass, slamming drums with dark, surrealist lyrics which tackle such themes as isolation, depression and perturbation over spoiled preserves.

"Sounds great." - Jah Wobble.

"Why did it have to be Snakes... With Tits?" - Indiana Jones, probably.

THE YOUNG PROPERTY DEVELOPERS

"Stewart’s subject matter ranges from acute character studies to sub-one minute tracks which tell you everything you need to know about attending a picnic with a heavy metal band, or the romantic side of a certain 1980s action film." - Narc Magazine, June 2024

"A punky thing of joy" - The Crack.
