Pure Adult is an experimental rock band from Brooklyn, NY. Originally a solo project of multi-instrumentalist Jeremy Snyder, Pure Adult later expanded to be a collaboration between him and contemporary dancer and visual artist Bianca Abarca. They have toured internationally with Gilla Band, Mdou Moctar, Bambara and Thank, shared bills with A Place To Bury Strangers and Mclusky as well as headlining their own shows in both the US and UK.
In 2023, they released their first LP, II, on Fat Cat Records, two years after self-releasing their first EP, I.

Cassels are a band of two brothers; Jim and Loz Beck. They make, in their own words, ‘music for misanthropes and malcontents’. This descriptor is as fitting as any, given the music itself is so hard to pin down. At times pummeling and abrasive, at others delicate and tender – often within the same song – theirs is a sound which defies genre labels. It’s rare to find a band who sound only like themselves, especially one with just two instruments, but Cassels are just that.

Their bond (and band) was solidified in the UK underground. Successive albums and tours have taken them further afield. They’ve racked up shows with the likes of IDLES, Unsane, Show Me The Body, Brutus and Car Seat Headrest, as well as a string of festival appearances. They are now a formidable live force, with numerous sold out headline shows across the UK and Europe under their belts. Their latest album, Tracked In Mud (2025), represents another evolution. Heavier and more experimental, the album showcases a band full of confidence who aren’t afraid to push themselves into new territory.
